Floor Mill 2
David Gabrielsen makes his living by consulting in CNC applications, making fixtures for industry, and ornamental metalwork - so the controls he uses have to be good. David retrofitted this floor mill with 7 Amp microstepping drives and Indexer LPT/XQ. The program for the part pieces shown was developed using Ez-CAM, and machined using our G Code Controller - then assembled into a glass blowing fixture (just a days work for David). As a Beta site tester of the G Code Controller, David provided us with useful feedback, and suggestions that we incorporated into the final product. He also sent us these photographs. Thanks David!
